      Rules
      • Eight decks. The cut card sits at 75%; the shoe is replaced after the hand it comes out in.
      • Dealer stands on all 17s. Blackjack pays 3 to 2.
      • Dealer takes a hole card and checks it for blackjack with an ace or a ten up, so doubles and splits never lose to a dealer blackjack.
      • Insurance with an ace up costs half your bet and pays 2 to 1. With your blackjack you are offered even money instead: your bet is paid 1 to 1 at once, before the dealer looks, and it needs no chips.
      • Double on any first two cards, also after a split. One split per hand (the Free Bet table resplits to four hands); split aces take one card each. 21 after a split pays 1 to 1.
      • Ten cards without busting wins (ten-card Charlie).
      • Main bet 1–1,000. Side bets ride with a main bet and settle as soon as they are decided. While Buster is bet, the dealer always plays the hand out.
      • If the page closes or reloads during a hand, the hand is finished for you when you come back, as live tables do for a dropped seat: you stand, insurance is declined and the dealer plays out, from a fresh shuffle of the cards not yet seen.

      Lightning rules
      • After “No more bets”, while the ball makes its last rounds, lightning strikes some of the 37 numbers and gives each a multiplier. The ball and the lightning know nothing of each other.
      • Lightning: 1 to 5 numbers, each at 50× to 500×. A winning straight up on a struck number is paid its multiplier to 1 (at 500×, 500 to 1); any other straight up pays 29 to 1.
      • Mega Lightning: 1 to 5 numbers at 50× to 500×; in some rounds chain lightning strikes on, up to 10 numbers in all, and in some a double strike lifts one struck number to between 600× and 2,000×. A winning straight up on a struck number is paid its multiplier to 1; any other straight up pays 19 to 1.
      • Every other bet pays as at the European table, without la partage: on zero the even-money bets lose.
      • A straight up returns about 97.1% over time (its multipliers make up for the lower price), every other bet 97.3%. The struck numbers and their multipliers are drawn fresh each spin and say nothing about the next.
      • The croupier calls “No more bets” earlier at these tables, about three and a half laps before the ball drops (two in fast play), to leave the lightning its time.
      Roulette rules
      • European wheel, single zero: 37 pockets. La partage: on zero, red, black, odd, even, 1–18 and 19–36 lose only half, and the other half comes back. Every other bet loses on zero unless it covers zero.
      • Straight up 35:1 · split 17:1 · street and 0/1/2, 0/2/3 11:1 · corner and first four (0–3) 8:1 · six line 5:1 · column and dozen 2:1 · red, black, odd, even, 1–18, 19–36 1:1.
      • Racetrack call bets, a chip for each unit: Voisins du zéro 9 (0/2/3 ×2, 4/7, 12/15, 18/21, 19/22, 32/35, 25/29 corner ×2) · Tiers 6 splits (5/8, 10/11, 13/16, 23/24, 27/30, 33/36) · Orphelins 5 (1, 6/9, 14/17, 17/20, 31/34) · Jeu zéro 4 (0/3, 12/15, 32/35, 26) · neighbours: a number and 1–4 either side.
      • Limits per spot: straight 100, split 200, street 300, corner 400, six line 600, column and dozen 1,500, even money 3,000. Table maximum 10,000.
      • The house edge is 1.35% on the even-money bets (they return 98.65%, with la partage) and 2.7% on every other bet (97.3%). Each spin is independent; the statistics only show what has come out.
      • Bets stay open while the ball runs: you can add chips (not take them back) until the croupier calls “No more bets”, about two laps before the ball drops (one in fast play). Bets close and are settled then, and the number is drawn as they close. If the page closes or reloads after the call, its number still counts and any win is in your balance when you come back; before it, nothing has left your balance.
